Acceptance

By enrolling in CineForge Studio or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Student Eligibility

Students must be 15 years or older. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Course Access

Enrollment grants you personal, non-transferable access to course materials. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

AI Tool Usage

The CineForge AI tool is available to students only (not clients). Daily credits are provided in good faith and must not be abused. Automated scraping or misuse will result in account termination.

Payments

All payments are final once admin approval is granted. Refunds are available within 7 days for students who have accessed less than 20% of course content.

Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful course completion. CineForge Studio reserves the right to revoke certificates in case of academic dishonesty.

Intellectual Property

CineForge Studio owns all platform content, templates, and the AI system prompt. AI-generated outputs created by students belong to the respective student.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use CineForge for illegal content, spam, harassment, or to impersonate others. Violations result in immediate account termination.

Limitation of Liability

CineForge Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
